About the event
It has always seemed common sense that being engaged in the natural world is good for us and gardening can be a great way to do just that. Gardening can help us feel good because it is both a physical exercise, which releases endorphins, and also a creative art that allows us to express ourselves. It is also a way of caring for something; sometimes just the satisfaction of keeping plants alive, and the responsibility that comes with it, is enough to give us a sense of purpose and pride.
We've partnered with the Dandenong Neighbourhood Community and Learning Centre to facilitate the group. Register your interest below and we'll be in touch to arrange a time to join in with the ACTS3 team at our Gardening group.
